Lisa is the Pastoral oversight of the preschool. In addition to helping oversee the school, she teaches P.E and chapel for our students. Lisa is also the director of the summer camp program and our Children's Pastor here at Refuge Church. 

Dina has earned her Site Supervisor Permit & Master Teacher Permit through the California Department of Teacher Credentialing. She has over 10 years of experience working with children five and under. Dina oversees our Preschool and closely with our amazing teachers everyday to bring the best preschool experience in both education and social engagement for your little ones.   

In 2015 Pastor Dave took over the leadership of Refuge Church. Growing up in Manteca, he has a deep love for this community and has a vested interest in investing in the next generation. In addition to overseeing the Refuge Church Pastor Dave is the super intendant of Refuge Schools. 

Pastor Justin is the Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor at Refuge Church. In addition to his Church responsibilities, Pastor Justin helps oversee the Refuge School staff.
